Advisor's Retreat

7:00 a.m. Registration begins at the Williamsburg Masonic Lodge, located on Francis Street in the Colonial Historic Area for the meeting and evening meal. Coffee and doughnuts will be available.

10:00 a.m. Jurisdictional meetings begin. The ladies are invited to be present at the Virginia meeting.

12:30 p.m. Lunch - you will be on your own.

2:00 p.m. The afternoon program will feature Brother Tony Krall from Minnesota — Grand Master of the International Supreme Council, Order Of DeMolay.

7:00 p.m. Dinner will be at Captain George’s Seafood Buffet Restaurant on Rt. 60 West (Richmond Turnpike). This will be paid for by the VA State Association. Be sure to make your reservation at Saturday morning registration.

Accomodations are available at the Howard Johnson’s Motel located at 7135 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA. This is on Rt. 60 East, a short distance from the Historic Area. For reservations call (800) 841-9100 by February 19th and mention that you are with the DeMolay Group. Rooms will cost $37.97 per night, 1 to 4 in a room. Even though Virginia advisor’s rooms will be paid for by the Virginia State Association for Saturday night, be prepared to give your credit card number to reserve your room. If you fail to attend after making your reservations, your credit card will be charged.

When you check in, ask for a breakfast ticket for Sunday’s breakfast. The cost is $5.00 and will be added to your motel room bill (also paid for by the Virginia State Association). Breakfast on Sunday will be at 8:30 a.m. in Sammy’s Restaurant - across the parking lot from the motel. We will have a brief religious service and a few announcements to close the retreat. Dress for the weekend is casual.
